Wednesday October 16th – 7pm
Multipurpose Building (Tennis Club Rooms)
This is the date of the clubs AGM. This year is particularly important for the club as, for a number of varied reasons, there is significant turnover in the club committee.
We will be looking for new
President, Vice President, Registrar, Secretary as well as some key roles in volunteer co-ordination, ground upkeep and fundraising
2014 will be the 31st year of the club and will prove to be another eventful one with clubrooms and management being key topics for discussion as well as the potential reintroduction of graded U16 divisions in the competition.
Many of us will still be around and at meetings to help but just need to step away from the key roles. It will be a great time to come on board and learn.
For information on any position please contact Dave South on 0417116676 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
As offered at the beginning of the year AJSC has allocated a percentage of the sausage sizzle takings to the teams for their use in end of year celebrations.
The fundraising profit was $4824 ($4024 to date plus and estimated $800 for the final two dates)
$100 per team has been allocated (%64 of the total takings)
This will be available for collection from the 31st. Team Manager and/or Coaches will need to sign for the money
